So here is everything you need to know regarding Returns / Exchanges / Refunds. Size doesn’t fit too well? If you’d like a Return or Exchange.
Exchanges/returns are eligible within 5 days (Colombo) and within 7 days (Out station) after receiving the package.
In the event that the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will exchange it according to the stocks available at the time of the exchange.
Products are eligible for return and exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging.
At this moment we do not bear the cost of returning the item, This will have to be paid by you.
Please Note: If the returned items do not meet the standard requirements mentioned above, we will not be able to process an exchange or return. However, if the mistake is from our side, we will gladly exchange the item.
Make sure the Return standards and conditions mentioned above are met
1. Send the item to our warehouse location(242/m Neelammahara, Boralasgamuwa)
2. After it is received our agent will call you regarding the return item.
3. After that we will return your item to your location.
